The Process

Now available through Clean Carts USA is a state-of-the-art mobile trailer housed with an automated cart washing unit that can visit your store any time of the day or night.

It is efficient due to its batch system cleaning process with the ability to clean 10 carts at a time. An adjustable wash cycle is set (standard time 3 minutes). Hot water at 185 degrees and a high pressure wash system (3000 psi) are used to clean carts systematically and thoroughly.

Carts are then sanitized with a non-toxic, biodegradable anti-bacterial solution. Tests show that items sprayed with this type of solution helps to prevent the growth of bacteria for an extended period of time.

Our professional technicians will work quickly and safely. Construction cones, additional lighting, and safety measures are all used to ensure the job is competed in a non-hazardous manner.
